Tal began her professional career as a Training Development instructor at the Israel Defense Forces. She then was the Training Development Manager at MHT, the Training Division of Israel Aerospace Industries (IAI) as was involved in Didactic and Pedagogic qualification of instructors in numerous international projects.
Tal has qualified Training Development experts in dozens of countries around the world, has been involved in cognitive development, as well as the development of e-Learning modules and User-Friendly Manuals. Tal is highly experienced in the qualification of e-Learning development experts and Trainers of Trainers (TOT). She conducts Pedagogical and Methodological training for teachers and instructors, teaches the development of management skills, and trains technical personnel to enhance fault-finding skills.
Tal has a B.A. in Education from Tel-Aviv University and a teaching certificate and B.A. in Psychology and Art from the Open University in Israel. She has a certificate in Cognitive Development from the Feuerstein Institute and a certificate in Training Methodologies from the IDF. Tal is fluent in Spanish, English and Hebrew.
