Insite has established a list of principles for the implementation of the integrated methodologies in Human Capacity Enhancement (HCE) projects.

The goal of a typical HCE project is to build an independent capacity of the customer in the following domains:

• Assessment of the cognitive potential of the employees (group assessment) -  using LECA.

• Cognitive development of the employees - using LATE.

• Developing training programs, including content modules for e-Learning systems (where applicable) - using TOL.

The qualification process includes a series of workshops and an extended period of implementation coaching until the various experts reach the level of independence.

The most successful projects were when the customer defined specific critical measurable problems and the process of implementation of integrated methodologies was designed to solve these specific problems.
